Its impossible to give a price for repair or any idea of a price without knowing the exact fault. They are many factors which could influence the price such as labour fees, parts required and so on. Your best bet is to contact us and explain the issue and we may be able to give you an idea of the costs involved. But don’t worry our prices are competitive and if we feel the device is uneconomical to repair we will just tell you even if we lose the repair job.
Don’t worry on rare occasions this may happen. Just contact us and as long as its within our 90 day warranty period we will happily repair it again for you totally free of charge. Please note however we will only repair the exact same fault repaired originally, any new faults are not covered under this warranty period
We take on all repairs no matter how big or small, however we do charge a minimum fee even if the issue takes just a few minutes to resolve so please be aware of this.
For new customers we accept Cash, Paypal or Bank Transfer however if using paypal or bank transfer we do ask that this be paid before we leave you after the repair. For existing customers and our business customers we accept Cash, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cheques ect. For long term business customers we also offer 30 day payment terms but please contact us first to arrange this.
You are quite welcome to bring your faulty device to our workshop however this is by a pre agreed appointment only, as our workshop is not open to the general public. Our main service is on-site visits so we must ensure someone is available at our premises for when you arrive. Please contact us to arrange this.
For most issues yes we offer a free quotation service, however they may be a diagnosis fee for some more time consuming faults but you would be informed about this should we feel they would be a charge involved. Please note we also do repair quotations for insurance claims and have done this for many leading insurance companies, however they is a fee of £25 for insurance repair quotations. This can usually be added to your claim however you as the customer are liable for this fee even if the insurance claim don't payout.
Absolutely not just as long as you are in the South Yorkshire area. We don’t believe in call out fees in any shape or form, we rely on the fact that our prices are fair and we believe we deliver a first class service. We have no need to cash in on this call out fee money making game, we feel anyone charging a call out fee in this line of work are just trying to ensure they get the job and they can then charge what they want as they make money either way. We will quote you and if your not happy we will walk away at no cost to you, no risk and total peace of mind.

Many others you will find are sole traders working from their kitchen table, we however have proper commercial premises with all the required hardware to complete your repair in a controlled and professional environment. We are also fully insured to complete all repairs and have full public liability insurance for your peace of mind. Be wary of traders offering cheap prices and under cutting the genuine companies like us, they don’t have the same overheads a genuine company like us have and most are not even insured to do the work or even qualified.
If you are a student in possession of a valid student card then yes we do offer student discounts, the discount is only for labour fees as we only charge cost price on parts for repairs. We also offer discounts to OAP's please contact us for details.
